In 2010, Tiara Jember Park Waterboom opened for business as a family-friendly water tourism venture in the Jember region. This facility was constructed to combine education, entertainment, and leisure in one place and complies with safety regulations for people of all ages.

Over time, the facilities have become more complete and are now one of the leading destinations for family vacation activities, student education, and community event venues.
